Know all men by these presents that I, Miles
Gibson, and Martha J. Gibson,
his wife, of said county, do hereby ordain constitute and appoint, Isaiah Roberts, my true and lawful
attorney for me and in my name to sell and convey by deed or otherwise
all my right title claim and interest in and to the estate of John Gibson. Be the same ____
or personal and all the other acquittances (?) to make which may be
necessary for me to do in the the premises as fully and simply
(?) as if I was myself at the doing thereof and I do hereby ratify and
confirm whatsoever my said attorney may or shall do in the premise is
as fully as if I myself was personally present at the doing
thereof. In testimony whereof I have here unto put my hand and
sealed this 15th day of April AD 1833 (?).

Be it known that on the day before me A.G. Williams clerk of the
circuit court in and for and said county came Miles Gibson who is personally known
to me to be the grantor to the above instrument of writing and
acknowledge that he executed the same for the purpose therein contained
and set forth. And also came Martha
J. Gibson his wife and after being made acquainted with the
foregoing deed or instrument of writing and acknowledge that she made
and signed the same hereby and without undue influence of her said
husband for the purposes and consideration set forth and she does
relinquish her dower to the same des**** the same certified
(?) In testimony whereof I have knowing set my hand and affixed
the seal of said court at Bentonville this 13th day of April AD 1833
