Know all men by theses presents that we John GIBSON and Nancy GIBSON
his wife,
James GIBSON and Louanna GIBSON his wife, Marion GIBSON and Elizabeth
GIBSON his wife of the county of Washington and the state of Arkansas
being heirs at large
of Shadrick GIBSON, deceased, for and in consideration of
the sum of five hundred dollars
to us in hand paid by James A.C. Blackburn of the county of Benton and
state above mentioned
has this day bargained granted and sell unto said James A. C. Blackburn
his heirs and Assigns
forever the following lot tract of or parcel of land to Wit
the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
and the South _____ quarter of the NW 1/4 and thirty acres off
the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of section fifteen township 18N Range 28 West situated lying and being
in the county of
Washington and state aforesaid together with all of the improvements
thereunto belonging
and so the parties of the first part do hereby bind our selves our
heirs and legal representatives to
________ and defend its letter to the same to the above grantee
promises against the claims
of all persons whomsoever.
Given under our hands this day and seals this the 3rd day of November
1876.

Be it remebered that on this the third day of November AD
1876 personally came
and appeared before me an acting and duly commissioned justice of
the peace in and for the county
of Washington and state aforesaid John GIBSON and Nancy GIBSON his
wife and James GIBSON
and Louanna GIBSON his wife and Marion GIBSON and Elizabeth GIBSON his
wife and severally
acknowledge the within and foregoing deed to be their own act and deed
for the use and purpose therein
mentioned and the said Nancy GIBSON and Louanna GIBSON and Elizabeth
GIBSON being by me
examined seperate and apart from their said husbands acknowledge
that they signed the fore going
deed of their own free will and accord and not from any undue influence
of their said husbands and
desired the same __________.
